Service and Customer Support
We realise that all equipment is only as good as the after sales service available. We carry a comprehensive range of spare parts in stock and every part can be shipped anywhere in the world on the next business day from our centers in Sydney- Australia and Bangkok- Thailand. E-mail and phone support is available at all times.
During installation and commissioning of the equipment we will train operators and maintenance personnel on how to achieve the best possible performance from the new equipment.
As our equipment is designed with ease of operation in mind, maintenance consists mainly of regular inspection and cleaning. We will not leave the site until the customer is satisfied and comfortable with his new equipment.
We do offer an annual service contract with every processing machine sold.
